He has trained athletes ranging from national speed paddlers, equestrians, high level junior soccer players and many others from athletic backgrounds. An avid reader, Steven has a crowded collection of Strength and Conditioning books on athletic performance as well as the development of general strength. He is an extremely passionate individual about making people better, stronger, faster and has spent tens of thousands of hours sharpening his skill set through reading and applying knowledge in practical settings with himself and those he coaches.
